SECTION   1:  General

By visiting and/or using our services provided on this website you engage in our terms of service as described on this page. These terms of service and conditions apply to all users, regardless of location, access platform or device. We kindly ask you to read our terms of service carefully before placing an order. When placing an order, all the terms on this page are automatically applied and agreed on. You may not use our services or products for any illegal or unauthorized purpose, nor may you violate any laws within your jurisdiction. When violating our terms of service we are allowed to suspend any pending orders, as well as the termination of other provided services. 

We reserve the right to deny access to our services without a reason for any user at any time without notifying them. In accordance with Dutch law, we may alter the terms of service at any time, without notice. We may also alter any layouts on the website, including pictures and placements at any time. 

It may occur that information on our website contains typographical errors, inaccuracies, omissions or incorrect translations that may relate to product descriptions, pricings, promotions, shipping charges, transit times, and availability. We reserve the right to edit this information at any time, without notice, also after an order is placed. We may also cancel an order at any time if we are unable to fulfill our services, or if a third party can not fulfill services. We kindly encourage you to check the terms of service on this page regularly for any updates when placing an order. 

 

SECTION   2:  Items

All items are worn, which means they may show fading, cracking, hairs on the fabric, yellowing and / or holes unless stated otherwise. Please read the description of every individual item for details. Each item is carefully hand-washed before sending, but we recommend washing it one time before wearing. Since every item is unique we can not be responsible for any small differentations on the item that are considered factory faults, these include: faulty or off stitching,  uncentered prints, uncentered tags, uneven sleeves and / or an uneven hem. We will try our best to mention any factory flaws if we notice them before making a listing, but we reserve the right to alter the description at any time (see section 1). 

 

SECTION   3:  Payment 

We process all of our payments through two platforms: PayPal and Stripe. These are trusted platforms for (inter)national transactions. Some services through these platforms are not available in every country and will not be shown at checkout. Depending on your location, we offer the following payment options:

After the information is received by the payment processor, you will be redirected to our website. We kindly ask you to fill in the same billing address on our website as stated on the chosen payment platform to ensure smoother handling. For payment via bank transfer or iDeal, please contact us via the contact form on the website. Dutch and European taxes are included in the price as shown on the website. Import taxes and/or VAT for countries outside of the European Union are not included and are the responsibility of the buyer.

SECTION   4:  Handling 

All orders are processed within 48 hours of receiving the order confirmation. Items ordered before 12:00 CET usually are dispatched the same day, except on the weekend. Please note that during sale periods or holiday periods the handling time can be a bit longer. The items are all packed in a durable cardboard box to ensure safe transport. When ordering multiple items in one order, a similar, bigger packaging will be used. 

 

SECTION   5:  Privacy

Any personal information when placing an order will remain completely confidential. We do not share this information with any third party who does not take part in the transaction or delivery process. We may share your data with the following parties directly: 

PayPal Holdings Inc., for the transaction process and handling

Stripe Inc., for the transaction process and handling

  PostNL N.V., for the shipping / delivery process and handling

  DHL International GmbH, for the shipping / delivery process and handling

  Rijksoverheid (Dutch Government), for legal issues

  Belastingdienst (Dutch Tax Authority), for tax handling and export information

All data is saved on a secure location, and since the Payment does not run through our website there is no risk of unauthorised transactions from our side. We do not use cookies or other forms of personal advertising. If you have any questions about our privacy policy, please contact us via the contact form on our website.

 

SECTION   6:  Shipping 

All shipments are handled by PostNL Priority or DHL Express. Shipments include a tracking number (and signature confirmation with PostNL Priority). The shipments are all shipped carbon-neutral, meaning there is a net-zero CO-2 footprint on all of the orders.

PostNL Priority:

We ship all orders within The Netherlands for free. Within the European Union the flat shipping rate is €9. Worldwide the shipping rate is €13, but this rate increases when a bigger package is needed. Domestic orders usually take 1 or 2 working days, European orders may take up to 6 working days and worldwide orders may take up to 15 working days to be delivered, depending on your location. Within The Netherlands we also offer an option with signature confirmation for a flat rate of €8.

DHL Express:

For one item there is a flat shipping rate of €20 within Europe (€17,50 to Germany), €25 - €30 to United Kingdom, North America,  Asia, Australia and €40+ to other destinations. Larger orders may have a higher shipping rate, depending on the size of the package. European orders may take about 1 to 3 working days and worldwide orders take up to 4 or 5 working days to be delivered. A phone number is mandatory, as it enables on demand delivery services. On orders with over 4 items, we recommend contacting us for the best shipping rates. These are just indications and may vary for specific regions. If you live in a remote area, DHL Express charges an extra fee. We reserve the right to cancel an order based on these fees, but we will try to reach out to find a solution first. The remote areas are determined and assigned by DHL Express, so these may change and come unexpectedly for us. We recommend using the DHL Express service when ordering many items, or on items priced over €250. Please contact us if you want more information about this service.

SHIPPING NOTICE:

We are currently unable to ship to the following countries:

Afghanistan, Antigua & Barbuda, Belarus, Belize, Botswana, Central African Republic, Chad, Fiji, French-Polynesia, Guinee-Bissau, Guinee, Irak, Iran, Libia, Liberia, Mali, Papua New Guinea, Russia, Solomon Islands, Seychelles, Sierra Leone, Samoa, Saint Kitts and Nevis, Ukraine, Yemen

SECTION   7:  Returns 

Orders that are placed cannot be cancelled and since all items are vintage and worn we are not obliged to accept returns (see section 8). The only exceptions are if you receive a wrong item or if the item differs greatly from its description, please use the contact form in that case. We consider only these returns to be on valid grounds.

We are not responsible if the courier is unable to deliver to your address for any reason. If the local courier can not deliver to your address they may leave it at a pick up point, it is then your responsibility to pick up the parcel there. We are also not responsible for any delays caused by force majeure. This can be due to weather circumstances, local strikes, protests and/or the cancellation of international flights (see shipping). In most cases, the item will still be delivered. If the delivery cannot be completed, and it is not the fault of the courier, the item will be automatically returned and your right for a refund will expire. We will try our best to assist you with any delivery issues if necessary.

If a PayPal or Credit Card claim is opened, we may use these terms as proof in a case. If a PayPal or Credit Card claim is won by the buyer's side; Dutch law, European law and the PayPal rules state that the buyer is obligated to return the item in its original condition. The buyer is responsible for the return delivery, including shipping costs. If a buyer is unable to return the item, or if the item does not arrive, any claim will automatically be annulled. We kindly ask to first reach out via here before opening a claim for a faulty, lost or damaged item.

 

SECTION   8:  Legal                 

We are a registered company at the chamber of commerce in The Netherlands. This means we are under the jurisdiction of The Netherlands, as well as the European Union. This means Dutch and European laws apply on our services and handling, including taxes on all orders placed within the EU (see section 3). 

Dutch law states that all items that are second-hand do not fall under the European return policy legislation, and we are therefore not obliged to accept returns, except on valid grounds (see section 7). If we suspect fraud or an illegal violation of our terms of service of any kind, we reserve the right to pass your information to the Dutch authorities if deemed necessary (see section 5). We can also deny you access to our future services (see section 1).
